We ship all orders from Jakarta, Indonesia.
Do you offer personalized bottles?
Yes! You can customize your Domma bottle with names and your favorite emoji.
Can I place a corporate or bulk order?
Absolutely! We offer corporate and bulk orders with custom branding options. Contact us for details.
How long is my order processed?
Orders are processed within 1-3 days, every day except public holidays. There may be slight delays during high-volume periods, but we’ll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
How do I care for my Domma bottle?
Hand-washing with mild soap and warm water is recommended to keep your bottle in the best condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and e-wallet payments.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items. For personalized orders, returns are only possible in the case of a production error. After an order has been shipped, any loss or damage during transit will be the responsibility of the courier.
