2. Orders & Payments
2.1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
2.2. Prices listed on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change without prior notice.
2.3. We accept payments via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.
2.4. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
3. Customization & Corporate Orders
3.1. Once a custom order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
3.2. Domma reserves the right to reject any designs that violate copyright laws or are deemed inappropriate.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1. Orders are processed within 1–3 days, excluding public holidays.
4.2. We ship within Indonesia and to Singapore and Malaysia. Contact us for other international inquiries.
4.3. Delivery times vary based on location and courier service.
4.4. Once an order is shipped, Domma is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
5.2. Personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a production error.
5.3. Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving the order for any return or refund requests.
5.4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
